Terong Penyet Panggang Sambal Terasi Enak Eco
The use of eggplant for cooking is widely known in Indonesia. Its soft texture and delicious taste make this one vegetable everyone's favorite. The eggplant is made by roasting it over Teflon until it is cooked and produces a soft texture, so that the taste is more delicious it can be combined with Sambal Terasi Enak Eco.
Main Ingredient :
- 2 purple eggplants
- 1 piece of chili paste enak eco
Ways of making :
- Wash the eggplants, cut them in half, bake with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until cooked.
- Saute Sambal Terasi Enak Eco until fragrant, then pour over the eggplant.
- Penyet, ready to serve.
