Laksamana fish soup is a food made from mackerel. The fish soup is combined with the Enak Eco Curry seasoning to produce a delicious taste and is suitable as a family meal
Dumplings Ingredients:
- 2 large pieces of mackerel, marinated with salt and lime
- 1 segment of lemongrass
- Ginger to taste
- 5 pieces of lime leaves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Broth to taste
- 100-125 ml thick coconut milk
- 750 ml of water
- 1 pack of curry seasoning "Enak Eco"
- Cooking oil
Toppings:
- Tauge
- Big Red chilli
- Lime
- Lemongrass and lime leaves
How to Make Fish Soup:
- Fry the mackerel on a non-stick pan, 5 minutes while turning both sides, remove and set aside
- Stir-fry the "Enak Eco" curry seasoning with lemongrass, ginger and lime leaves until the aroma comes out
- Then add mackerel, add thick coconut milk and boiled water. cook until the gravy thickens and the flavors meld
- Once cooked, arrange the fish and soup in a serving bowl
- Top with bean sprouts, big red chili, lime, lemongrass and lime leaves. ready to be served warm
