Crispy Dori
Garden Salad Crispy Dori is a dish made of dori fish which is fried with some ingredients of flour and egg white. Garden Salad Crispy Dori is dipped in the Gado-gado seasoning typical of Enak Eco to produce a delicious taste and is suitable as a family snack.
Crispy Dori Ingredients:
- 250 gr Dory Fish Fillet
- 1 egg white
- 50 gr of white potato starch
- 100 gr of oatmeal
- Vegetable oil (cooking oil)
- Salt, pepper, stock
Salad Ingredients:
- Mixed lettuce leaves
- Cabbage leaves
- Little cucumber
- cherry tomatoes
- Carrot
- Parsley
- (cut all vegetables into thin slices)
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 limes
Sambal Salad :
- Seasoning Gado-Gado "Enak Eco" and warm water mixed together
