Siomay Bandung Khas Enak Eco
Siomay is a traditional Bandung snack made from fish and vegetables. Somay is combined with Enak Eco chicken satay seasoning to produce a delicious taste and is suitable as a family snack.
Dumplings Ingredients:
- 150gr tapioca flour
- 200 gr mackerel (mashed)
- 150 gr chicken fillet (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 shallots
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 tsp sugar, broth, pepper
Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 pack of chicken satay seasoning
- Water 150 ml
Additional ingredients:
- Potatoes, chicory, tofu
Cooking steps:
- Mix all the siomay ingredients thoroughly, set aside
- Wrap the dough in steamed dumpling skin in a pan together with complementary ingredients until cooked.
- Boil siomay sauce ingredients in a saucepan until boiling.
- Arrange siomay and complementary ingredients, sprinkle with siomay sauce.
