Siomay Bandung Khas Enak Eco

Siomay is a traditional Bandung snack made from fish and vegetables. Somay is combined with Enak Eco chicken satay seasoning to produce a delicious taste and is suitable as a family snack.

Dumplings Ingredients:

  • 150gr tapioca flour
  • 200 gr mackerel (mashed)
  • 150 gr chicken fillet (mashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1 tsp sugar, broth, pepper

Peanut Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of chicken satay seasoning
  • Water 150 ml

Additional ingredients:

  • Potatoes, chicory, tofu

Cooking steps:

  1. Mix all the siomay ingredients thoroughly, set aside
  2. Wrap the dough in steamed dumpling skin in a pan together with complementary ingredients until cooked.
  3. Boil siomay sauce ingredients in a saucepan until boiling.
  4. Arrange siomay and complementary ingredients, sprinkle with siomay sauce.
