Otak-otak is a popular snack for a long time in the area of the island of Sumatra. The otak-otak is combined with the Enak Eco pecel seasoning to produce a delicious taste and is suitable as a family snack.

Main Ingredient :

  • 300gr chicken fillet
  • 4 sdm tepung sagu
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 60-75 ml of ice water
  • Salt, pepper, sugar, powdered broth to taste

Bahan tambahan:

  • 8 tbsp sago
  • Thinly sliced green onions

Peanut sauce:

  • Enak Eco pecel seasoning, add warm water, stir until smooth, then add 2 limes

Ways of making :

  1. Mix all the main ingredients together, put them in the chopper and mix until smooth.
  2. Then add the sago and sliced green onions, stir until evenly distributed with a spatula
  3. Prepare an aluminum foil container, put the otak otak dough into the mold
