Ayam Kukus
Otak-otak is a popular snack for a long time in the area of the island of Sumatra. The otak-otak is combined with the Enak Eco pecel seasoning to produce a delicious taste and is suitable as a family snack.
Main Ingredient :
- 300gr chicken fillet
- 4 sdm tepung sagu
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml thick coconut milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 60-75 ml of ice water
- Salt, pepper, sugar, powdered broth to taste
Bahan tambahan:
- 8 tbsp sago
- Thinly sliced green onions
Peanut sauce:
- Enak Eco pecel seasoning, add warm water, stir until smooth, then add 2 limes
Ways of making :
