Chicken Katsu
Curry Udon

Chicken Katsu Curry Udon is a udon dish served with curry sauce and special chicken katsu. Combined with Enak Eco signature curry seasoning, it produces a delicious and distinctive enak eco seasoning taste.

The main ingredient:

  • 35 grams of Enak Eco curry seasoning
  • 300 grams of udon
  • Chicken Katsu

Ingredient :

  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Green onions to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Right amount of oil

Chicken Katsu :

  • Chicken Breast Fillets
  • Egg
  • Flour
  • Coarse breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Boil udon until cooked.
  2. Then sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant, then add the seasoning for the curry Enak Eco and water, stir until evenly mixed, add salt and pepper to taste. After mixing all the spices, drain in a container.
  3. Marinate the chicken fillet with salt and pepper in the fridge for 10 minutes, then shake off the egg, dip the marinated chicken into the scrambled egg and then dip into the flour, then dip again into the egg and finally dip into the flour. Bread, fry the chicken until cooked and brown.
  4. After all the processes are complete, prepare a container and serve the udon noodles, curry sauce and chicken katsu then sprinkle with green onions.
