- Potong daging ayam sesuai selera.
- Lumuri daging ayam dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis, biarkan
selama 15 menit.
- Tumis 1 bungkus Bumbu Ayam Rica-Rica (tanpa minyak) sampai harum,
masukkan ayam, aduk hingga setengah matang.
- Tambahkan ± 500 cc air, masak hingga ayam lunak, angkat, dinginkan.
- Potongan ayam diolesi lagi dengan sisa cairan bumbu, lalu dipanggang.
- Tambahkan garam apabila diperlukan.
- Siap untuk dihidangkan.

- Cut chicken into desired size.
- Mix salt and fresh limejuice, use the mixture to wet chicken
fillet, leave for about 15 minutes.
- Stirfry 1 pack of Rica-rica Hot Chicken Instant Spices in wok
(without oil) for short time, then put chicken piece in wok, keep
stirfrying till half cooked.
- Add 500 cc of water, continue cooking till welldone.
- Barbecue the wellcooked chicken, meanwhile brush the left over
sauce around the chicken piece, till golden brown.
- Ready to serve, add salt if needed.
